This was our first time building a home. We are grateful for the friendly business relationship that Mark Esh from Ridge View Cabinet Shop extended to us. He made our cabinet design and installation an enjoyable experience. He worked seamlessly with our general contractor. Mark invited us into his shop to understand how the cabinets are made. He also helped us to pick out a cabinets that are functional and compliment the decor of our home. Mark welcomed the idea of custom features such as built in entertainment center and dog crates. He was always mindful of our budget and met with us at the build site during installation to discuss any questions that we had. Mark is truly a hard working dedicated craftsman who wanted to bring our vision of home to life. His attention to detail was second to none! Working with Mark at Ridge View Cabinet Shop was a great experience. He met with us in his shop for several hours to carefully explain options of styles, finishes, lumber species, and hardware. We were able to quickly visualize our selections as he has a variety of stain, paint, and natural finished samples readily available in the shop. He was very attentive to detail throughout the design process, providing computer drawings as we honed in on our design. He added suggestions and provided insight to create a final aesthetic that was better than we could have come up with on our own.

Mark Esh (Ridge View Cabinet Shop) built a large private library for us. He did a fantastic job, ‎from the perfect stain to the smallest details of cabinet making (trimming, careful measurements, moldings, ‎etc.). This is genuinely a massive library: over 70 cabinets with over 300 adjustable shelves. Our ‎home is a large mill built in 1881, so the floors are not really level. It was an amazing accomplishment ‎for Mark Esh to make all this fit to the millimeter and look like this (see photos).
