This long standing building has made a complete turn around. The store just about has everything you need & does everything you need done. From copies, paying utilities, phone bill, faxes, etc. Morning shift customer service, at check out is great. So-so in the evenings. I recommend smiling, not looking like you hate your job majority of the time i walk in thier. Produce is always being cared for and fresh put out daily. Meat is just absolutely stunning...great marinade ya got going on. Cut to perfection as well. I've watched him, he gets focused & into it. He likes what he does. Lol. I’m local and was craving some authentic tacos without having to cook them myself. Now, we’ve tried this place several years ago and the food was good but this time, it was not. I live literally down the road from this grocery store and our food came to our door cold. I asked for no onions or cilantro on my tacos and that wasn’t honored. I didn’t get my lengua taco. The rice had a strange taste to it too. I believe the only thing we liked out of the entire $35 order was the refried beans. I’m not sure if tonight was a bad batch or day but this experience has us not wanting to order from here again. Might just make my own from now on or order from...

This is one of the best locally owned grocery stores in the area. Milk prices are always lower than anywhere else. Fuel prices are usually comparable to the gas stations in Walker. Friendly staff that speaks English and Spanish. The owner always makes sure the things his customers want are in stock. They keep me stocked with all of the Central American Fresca I can drink.
