We have been playing on the 7vs 7 league Connor runs it . Since we joined this is our 4 time playing with you guys we loved it but yesterday we playerd semifinal and Connor said that we only have 8 players in the roaster who signed the waiver . I said to him Connor why didn’t you said at the beginning that everyone has to create an account and sign most of my guys have been playing since last year 2022 without signing anything we just come to play . To what he said if you guys get hurt you can sue us and I can lose my job . And I said to him he have been playing for 4 leagues like this all you asked for was to Have the money and pay . Why you never mentioned before and now in the semifinal you said this I have people who paid already I had a 12 players in my team what I’m supposed to do I can’t give them their money back cause Goodsport has it .. he disqualified us let us play as forfeit … we didn’t lose the game it was a easy game but it didn’t matter . I asked him I have been playing even with a kid 12 years old and you never said anything why when I made the payment as a responsible organizer you didn’t say hey Guillermo your the captain of club Latino you only have 7 players on your rosters let. Me help you . And now we pay for the league and probably where going to play the final and he disqualified us .. he said to me when I told him Connor now all my players won’t want to play anymore please help me .. he goes I have more teams if you leave I bring another one . And I said wow im not talking about that but I see the kind of person you are . And say ok thank you bye . He said you can sue us and I lose my job . I go again he have been playing the whole year without creating and account or signing the waiver we are not like that I have players who got injured they don’t care it’s soccer we came to play and that’s it .. he said no bye you guys have to leave or play as a...

I wish I could give this facility zero stars because our team experience was appalling. It has the worst service and management we have ever encountered.

Our team had a reservation for an indoor field, but upon their arrival, they discovered that workers had double-booked. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff appeared clueless and suggested that the team wait an hour later for the field. Just as the team was about to start playing, one employee attempted to usher our friends outside due to their complaints about the situation rather than offering an apology.

The manager was equally unhelpful, prioritizing exerting authority over resolving the issue. The team was treated disrespectfully, and they failed to explain while charging us, as if we were not showing up, despite it being their mistake.

To make matters worse, the owner did nothing to address the problem, hold the staff accountable, or reach out to the team for apologies, demonstrating a complete lack of customer respect.

Based on other reviews, it seems this facility has a pattern of poor service, with numerous complaints about rude staff and unfair charges. If this is how they treat their customers, it’s no surprise that the reviews are predominantly negative.

We strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this facility. There are plenty of other establishments that care about their customers. We will never return, and we hope this review helps others make a more...

We recently had both our boys in a 10 week soccer class on Fridays. Our boys are 7 & 5. We were extremely disappointed and felt that nothing was gained for my 7 year old in his group. He loves to play soccer and was aged with boys 7-10. His coach would put the boys in his class on 3 teams week to week. The teams would play one another and whomever kept scoring stayed on the turf while the other team sat out. So teams were meant to rotate. The coach did not switch up teams and every week put the same older boys together to dominate the other children.

So my son being younger, did not get to play much. The coach seemed to be having fun with the older kids while not encouraging the younger ones to improve or get a chance to learn more.

It was disheartening to watch and we stuck it out hoping it would improve.

There were also so many other soccer classes going on at the same time. The business feels like a money machine more than actually wanting to teach the kids. We will not do classes...
