We have been butchering our cows for years, decided to try Back 40. Our cow was to hang for 14 days. When we picked up our meat I knew immediately something was off no name on the meat steaks to big for the size cow we brought inand way to much blood in the packaged. Never all the years I've seen this except on meat that's butchered shortly after the animal has been put down. Honestly don't believe the meat was from our cow and we ask for no bones in the meat and I specifically requested for the meat on steaks to be deboned.
