Never visited their store, but Guion Hill had a vendor tent at the 2025 annual Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. The young woman (we were there on Oct 15) helping me decide what to buy was very friendly and nice.
Very visually appealing baked goods - flavored breads, cinnamon rolls, hand pies (small pie made for 1 person), cookies and more. All reasonably priced and so worth it. Ingredients were all listed on the family size items.
We got the cherry and cheesecake hand pie and Snickerdoodles. Both are DELICIOUS. See pics. Snickerdoodles are so soft and had a tiny amount of chew. Our kind of cookie! Subtle cinnamon and great vanilla flavor. The outside of the pie was like a glazed donut - so good.
If you see the Guion Hill tent, make sure you stop by and try at least one thing. We are regretting that we did not buy a pack of their chocolate chip cookies or the white chocolate cookies before we left...
