Sound On Wheels — Local services in Waller

I took my granddaughter’s car to this location because she had no sound. My granddaughter who live in Silsbee, Texas. We made arrangements to swap cars so Icould take her car to Sound on Whheels to have the work done, right. I spoke with Cecilia and she made the arrangements for me to have it done on Saturday because she knew that I had brought his car in from out of town. I got there around 1 o’clock Saturday and they close at at 3 PM. I met with the owner Juan and he found the two back speakers were out. He pulled them out and showed me that they were blown and he gave me a very good deal on two new speakers installation included. After that was completed, he was not satisfied, and he pulled the whole radio system out and found another problem.and made some adjustments. He did not charge me for the extra work. The radio is working fine like a brand new one and I’m sure my granddaughter will be very happy. Juan and his wife Celia are very honest and will go out the way to make the customer happy. I guess this is one of the reasons why they’ve been in business in a little town of Wallet for over 20 years. Nice folks that did great work. I had them install stinger roadkill (dynamat eq) for 100% coverage on every panel but the roof. The price was reasonable for the labor required and their communication was excellent. The car was returned cleaner than it arrived. I'll use them again when needed.

Edit 9/23/23 had to replace my window regulator this weekend and take care of some maintenance. During this I discovered that most of the sound deadening in the door was not done well. The material was not rolled into the contours as it should be and just stuck to the high points. The latch level passthrough was dragging in the sticky goo, several panel mounting clips were missing or broken (two broken off the door panel itself $350 to replace), and they cut/removed my amp wiring (not currently in use). Looking around a bit more I found. Numerous screws not reinstalled and scratches on the panels that didn't used to be there. I won't be using them again. Shame because they...

Had a banner installed on a car windshield, it was cut wrong but it was salvageable, he didn’t charge me and it still looked good so I was okay with it. Took another car for a different banner and the banner was ruined beyond repair. A $50 banner and an hour and a half of my day down the drain, he refused to pay at first but I went back and was able to get $25. Personally I am still not satisfied as I do not think I was asking for anything that was unfair. Not to mention the huge inconvenience it caused me as I will not be able to participate in the photoshoots for the company this weekend as my car will be the only one without the windshield banner.
