The owner, Lauren, completely won my heart with her exceptional customer service and generosity. Not only did she provide a high-quality computer with minimal cosmetic wear, but she also gave me a couple of peripheral devices for free, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. She took the time to patiently educate me on the setup process and kindly answered all of my newbie questions without hesitation.

Her kindness and professionalism made the entire experience so pleasant. I even had the joy of meeting her beautiful dog, which made me feel even more welcomed. On top of all this, her prices are unbeatable—significantly cheaper than Best Buy or Amazon, with products of excellent quality.
