Update Feb 2025 This place hasn't improved at all. The customer service is still useless. I have contacted them multiple times through their website and their email address, never received a reply. I will continue taking my business elsewhere.

previous experience Rude cashier and bad service. I placed an online order and selected the box to have another person pick the order up. For the alternate pick up person they wanted full name and phone number. I filled in my wife's name and number. After work today, she went to pick the order up and the cashier was quite rude and demanded that she be given the last 4 numbers of the credit card used to make the purchase. Why would that be needed? They had all the info they needed. They had already checked her ID and that clearly showed she was the one who was supposed to be picking up the order. If you have a system in place, use it! Don't make up your own process as you go along. And especially don't be rude when YOU are the one who is wrong!

Reply to owner If cards can be stolen, what good is asking for the last 4 going to do? If they had the number to place the order, then they already have the last 4. Besides, if anyone had paid a shred of attention, they would have seen the last name on the card was the same as the person that was authorized to pick it up. A little common sense goes a long way. The seller doesn’t take constructive criticism very well. If you leave a comment on the Facebook page they immediately block you. I commented on their Weller products that were being advertised for a 500% increase over msrp which I thought was a bit high. I was immediately blocked, within 5 minutes. I’ve shopped there many times before and purchased items that were fairly priced but to ban a consumer from commenting on your ads on facebook shows poor character. Good way to loose customers.

I wasn't trying to get in a back and forth banter with you. I also understand about running a small business as I am a business owner. I made a comment on your page and expressed an opinion in a non combative manner. If you do not want comments don't allow them. If you're only wanting glowing reviews and do not get them then maybe look into comments you receive and try...

For a “small” family owned business, these folks run one heck of operation. They seem to have great help, which makes all the difference in the world. And usually help sticks around when they have good leadership, which is most likely why they’re able to offer good service consistently. They’re right on cue with customer service, pricing, and atmosphere 99.9% of the time, which is more than I can say about most businesses in our area. Their hard work and dedication shows.
