Update Feb 2025 This place hasn't improved at all. The customer service is still useless. I have contacted them multiple times through their website and their email address, never received a reply. I will continue taking my business elsewhere.
previous experience Rude cashier and bad service. I placed an online order and selected the box to have another person pick the order up. For the alternate pick up person they wanted full name and phone number. I filled in my wife's name and number. After work today, she went to pick the order up and the cashier was quite rude and demanded that she be given the last 4 numbers of the credit card used to make the purchase. Why would that be needed? They had all the info they needed. They had already checked her ID and that clearly showed she was the one who was supposed to be picking up the order. If you have a system in place, use it! Don't make up your own process as you go along. And especially don't be rude when YOU are the one who is wrong!
Reply to owner If cards can be stolen, what good is asking for the last 4 going to do? If they had the number to place the order, then they already have the last 4. Besides, if anyone had paid a shred of attention, they would have seen the last name on the card was the same as the person that was authorized to pick it up. A little common sense goes a long way. Read moreThe seller doesn’t take constructive criticism very well. If you leave a comment on the Facebook page they immediately block you. I commented on their Weller products that were being advertised for a 500% increase over msrp which I thought was a bit high. I was immediately blocked, within 5 minutes. I’ve shopped there many times before and purchased items that were fairly priced but to ban a consumer from commenting on your ads on facebook shows poor character. Good way to loose customers.
