King's Auto Service — Local services in Walton Township

This place is an absolute joke! Took my car into them and asked to hear back as soon as they had information. Nearly two weeks later I finally hear back from them! After charging me $400 for stuff that I was quoted half that from other mechanics (I only went to this place because it is three blocks away from my home) I was informed that THEY lost a part that wasn’t even near what they were working on (fiancé was told it was water damage, so they can’t even keep their stories straight) and was then informed that I had to pay for their mistake. Cut your losses and go literally...

My daughter had car problems on I-69 and just happened to pull off the highway in Olivet. I googled local service stations and found Kings. I called and talked to Kyle, he was kind enough to go and get the car and limped it back to his service station. We kept the car at King's until they were able to get it fixed. They could have really taken advantage of us in this situation, but they were very professional and fair. It's refreshing to know that there are still some good, honest people in the world. Many thanks to Kyle and Greg.... I would highly recommend King's...

They failed to inform me of my door panel breaking in their care when they fixed my window. I called them back asking what happened bc when I dropped it off it was in one piece. This got me banned from their shop bc THEY never told me it broke on them! Kyle acted like I was in the wrong, not the shop....... If that’s how they treat newer customers then they shouldn’t be in business. I’ve have taken both my vehicles there once prior to this....
