Carpets Direct has won our loyalty! Great selection of high quality products and prices. Sales/Service team guides the process, selection, but is not pushy at all. Install was "ok". The two installers were very hard workers, moved all our furniture out and back in and were both nice, but we had concerns with some of the seams and corners. I am usually a "walker" not a "talker" type of customer, as I don't want to complain and get anyone in trouble. However, when Carpets Direct followed up with us the next day though, I asked them questions about some of my concerns. To our surprise, they immediately sent out an employee named Adam to assess and address our concerns. What a representation of a company! He was the friendliest person and took complete ownership to make things right. He immediately "manicured" the edges, seams, and corners. Our carpet install went from a "mowed lawn" to a "mowed and weed eated lawn." It looks great and I feel comfortable that if we ever have another concern that Carpets Direct will make things right. Hate to be negative, but the facts are the facts. Had perfectly quiet wood flooring in home recently purchased. But not to our taste so had Carpets Direct replace with real oak wood flooring throughout home in 2022 after I removed the old. Over 12K worth. Now have beautiful, yet very noisy wood flooring. Not typical squeaky sub floor noise, but wood cracking noise, practically every step, that somehow was never detected by installer until end of installation. Installer did not install any type of underlayment prior installing floor. Really concerned on how this can affect the sale of this home in the future! With their approval, from the basement, ran wood screws through subfloor into new wood flooring to no avail. No sneaking around in this home anymore. Worst 12K ever spent and won't ever go back! well my original carpet guy cancelled on day of install at 10 am for 2 houses 1200 sq ft of carpet at one and 1000 sq ft at another. 2 days before Christmas! So I called these guys. Dan handled my problem personally. 30 minutes after I called he was measuring the property personally. Kept in contacted throughout the entire thing and in less than 12 hours my first carpet was finished! Done. And the second one was still scheduled for the day I had to have to meet my deadlines. That's IMPRESSIVE in any industry. I have worked in apartment maintenance for 18 years and never seen this level of service anywhere. the guys stayed till the job was finished and cleaned up by 9:45 pm That IS PROFESIONAL at the highest level. the price was better too. I will never use another carpet company again.
