2nd time. August 2024. Check in 1315. Door 1400. Check out 1445. Pretty good this time. 4 star. They do load overweight and put totally incorrect weight on BOL. Today my BOL says, 39,900. But the actual weight is 44,000. Pallets don't weigh 4,100 LBS. Arrival empty weight 35,350. Loaded weight 79,350. They got me loaded in a decent time, that's good enough for me. Drivers call ahead of time and ask if product is ready. That way you don't waste a bunch of time here. Do your due diligence.

People were nice. Reason for the 2 stars is why do you put trucks in a door if the product is not ready? I spent over 4 hours with reefer doors open in a dock. Do you understand some drivers pay for their own fuel? Walmart doesn't pay for many people's fuel that loads at your facility. If product is not ready then just be honest and the owner operators will much prefer not to be in a door wasting fuel. Last thing, scale your load before leaving.
