Southern Grace Creations — Local services in Warner Robins

Have been in the SGC several times before but this was my first time at their new location. They also are the designers/monogrammers for Windsor. When I picked up my shirts that my twins godmother had order for us, I was so surprised of the monograms. I had no idea that the school logo's colors were adjusted to fit the color of the shirt so that it helped it to "POP." The shirts were great and the special color details just gives it a little something extra. It also gave me an opportunity to check out the wood works that they carry. I also try to keep something on hand for a special gift. Please check out their store and if they don't have something that you are looking for, be sure to ask, because chances are, they can get it or find you something similar. If you need shirts or bracelets personalized or other cute merchandise, this is definitely your place to go! I was wanting to have memorial shirts for my nephew who was recently killed by a drunk driver. Mrs. Rachel was actually getting ready to leave the day I walked in her shop, and she stayed and helped me, she offered an amazing deal for our family. We had a pretty big order around 39 shirts and 20 bracelets the turn around time was a little over a week!! Ms Mandy worked with me on the design until I was very happy with everything and stayed in contact. These people are amazing! They are very sweet and welcoming. I've shopped there on several occasions and was very pleased. They're nice when things go right. However, when things didn't . . . . I was nade to feel as if it wasn't a big deal. I was told what the adjustment was in a "take it or leave it manner.

After my last visit I was a little hestiant to return. However, I am glad I decided to give Southern Grace Creations another opportunity. My recent (Decemeber 28th) visit was reflective of the service I received on the first several visit there. I was greeted and helped in a cheerful and professional way.
