Our first impression was: this is a fairly cliquish joint. it is in a very small town of Warren Illinois. Mostly a farming and tight-knit community and we did not feel like we belonged here. I have been drinking Pecatonica beer out of the bottle for a long time now and I've always liked their amber brew and thought we would go to the tap room and get some fresh. I think only one person was working and she did serve me pretty fast but definitely without a smile. And she was not very nice the way she told me they don't take credit cards. Seemed like she was trying to get rid of of me as she didn't even point me at the ATM machine and I had to ask where it was. Stopped here wanting craft beer and some of the yummy pizza we saw in other pictures. Arrived when they opened at noon, ordered a flight and then overhead the bartender explaining to other patrons there isn't any food until the adjoining pizza place opens at 4. They obviously didn't know that either and like us came based on the pictures and good reviews.
