I had an excellent experience purchasing mattresses for our house. My first transaction, I spoke with Dena at Frantz Furniture by phone as I was buying long distance, unable to shop in person and she was very helpful. A while later I called back and Garth helped me out with information, and texted links to lead me of the decision for the chosen Serene Foam twin set. He arranged for a fast delivery right to the den room specified, and we greatly appreciated arriving with our moving truck to find a bed could be set up for us that evening. I was the lucky one to sleep on the Serene mattress and I will say it provided some of the best nights sleep I had in a while. I like that it was very firm but had a softness to it. There was no recoil feeling when turning over. A month later we purchased a Queen size Serene foam mattress & boxspring and were also happy with that, using it in our guest bedroom. We recently acknowledged that our mattress had hit the end of its useable life and started the process of searching for a new one. Overshadowing the search was the fact that for years we have said that our first mattress purchase was one of the best purchases we ever made. We checked online, asked friends, and read reviews. On my way down Rt90 I stopped into Frantz to see what they might have and how it fit into our budget. Garth made a few recommendations, the most important of course being to come back with my wife. We came back a few days later and spent about an hour wandering around trying out the various mattresses. For example, we ordered slipcovered furniture (that looks like it is upholstered, not slept in. While waiting for our custom order, they delivered floor pieces so we would have furniture. That is very nice, and very few places are that nice.

I voiced concern should someone spill something -- not to worry, they'd just dry clean the slip cover and put it back on the floor as a display piece.
