Can't say enough about the view from up here! The expansive Champlain Valley on the west side and the Green Mountains on the other. Considering this warm winter, we were surprised at how many trails were open! Spring conditions, so definitely the south facing trails were very user friendly, compared to the "very firm" snow of those facing east or north. The views are breathtaking, the trails flow so nicely and are wide open and groomed so well. There's lots of hidden woods trails and lots to explore, just Mt. Ellen's side is so big!
