This place has it down to a science when loading trucks…I was in and out within 20 minutes…simple; pull through proper gate, pull to the stop sign and proceed to the scale if no one is on it…once on the scale step out and check in with the scale house…they will give you your paperwork and either send you directly in front of them or up the hill and have you wait for a forklift driver to escort you around to the loading zone first, then the strapping zone, and then you’ll pull to the outgoing scale; again, you’ll check inside with the scale house and get exiting paperwork…polite as can be and forklift drivers are pros…they work off of your front license plate so know your number for the scale house….if I had to say something negative….there’s no coving for when raining, but that’s understandable…

These guys were good getting me loaded. Not the friendliest guys loading the trucks but, whatever. In and out in about 90 minutes. That's good enough for me.

Quick and easy, it didn’t take 1 hour. The lady at the check-in was very polite and kind. Congratulations!

If I could give it a lower rating I would. This is a prime example of an hourly employee having no regard for a drivers time. They are getting paid, why should they car how you sit there? It took two and a half hours to unload nineteen rolls. Of that time, only about twenty minutes was sent working, if that much. The rest was just plain ole wasted time. The docks are easy to get into. If you have raw materials you need the west entrance. The east entrance is for shingles. They did have a porta potty when I was there. The guard was friendly but I actually didn't need to talk to him as there is no guard for the west entrance. The guy who unloaded me was nice, he just didn't care about my time. Overall, I hope I don't have to come back here if this is how they...

I had to drop here. I don't know why all the bad reviews! Kathryn at inbound was so patient and helpful. I came here to deliver returned product and was without paperwork. She helped me to email her a copy of the BOL, and made it easy. There's no overnight parking, but Flying hook right at the exit 188 that has 200+ spots and is never totally full. Loader was great! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Lots of room for backing, rookies so no worries. Thanks again Kathryn, for being patient with a guy who's not entirely comfortable...
