Above and beyond wonderful! Richard is such a positive and considerate person and the service is amazing.

Last week my husband scheduled a ride to the Portland Airport and his request was accepted promptly. The day of my husband's trip, Richard arrived early and even came to the front door to greet us and let us know he was here and helped with his bags. The drive to Portland, my husband said was comfortable and they had an uplifting and fun conversation the entire drive. There are a few more trips my husband has and Richard was happy to accommodate and be available when the time arises.

Then today I needed a car to drive me to downtown Astoria for an appointment. Richard was on time and he remembered driving my husband and asked how he was doing. I gave Richard an approximate time of how long my appointment would be, it ran a bit over schedule, but Richard showed up without me having to call and even was patient enough to wait. I felt bad for keeping him waiting but he was so gracious and accommodating. It felt like having an old friend around and I cannot express my gratitude over how stress-free everything was.

I truly believe that God brings people into your life right when you need them and that's what happened when I met Richard. I came all the way from Kansas to Astoria and I was on vacation and I had some things happen and I needed to get home and I needed to do it soon he came in the middle of the night with a call from an officer to come and get me and he met picked me up and drove me to the airport and made sure I was there safe and sound. Then later on not only did he take me there but he called me to make sure that the airport was treating me nice and that I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He was all around an amazing guy and an amazing taxi driver and I wouldn't recommend anybody else but him. I truly and honestly can never be more grateful for what he has done for me and the help that he is gave me. 5 stars all around id give him 100 but they dont have that option. Richard is amazing!! He is truly the reason why our trip survived. My husband and I rented a RV for our 10 year anniversary vacation and 2 days into the trip it broke down, leaving us without lodging or transportation. Richard came and helped, no questions asked, bringing us to a nearby town so we can spend the remainder of our trip there. When we found out that we would have a hard time getting to the city for our flight back home, he adjusted his schedule so that he could take us. He made it so that we didn’t have to worry about transportation at all which really helped turn an unfortunate scenario into a much better one. He also constantly checked in on us too to make sure we were having a good time. On our rides he would even go out of his way to show us popular landmarks that we wouldn’t have made it to otherwise.
