Hands down some of the best service I could have ever asked for. I spoke to Spartan Autoworx several different times about an issue I was having with my transmissions TECHM. They gave me several pointers and tips on what to look for and things to check. After I exhausted all options, I had to by a remanufactured transmission. The shop I used to install the transmission was supposed to have the programmer come on site and program the new TECHM to my vehicle on the same day it was finished. But the guy was a no show. Completely throwing us into a scramble because we were supposed to be going out of town and had several events to go too that weekend. But now we were screwed because the original programmer bailed on us.

So I called Spartan Autoworx again and BEGGED him to find time to come out and get the programming done on the new transmissions TECHM so we could still make our trip out of town. After talking with them they were able to get me in just before the shop closed and COMPLETELY saved the day for us. He was able to program it and get us back on the road again. Spartan Autoworx is an amazing company, amazing technician, and amazing service. VERY HIGHLY recommend this company for your transmissions needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Used Spartan a 2nd time after that new transmission failed and he bailed me out yet again. Seriously such an amazing guy and such an amazing company. 10/10 don't hesitate to use...

Recently had Mr Erik clone a PCM for 2015 Jeep Cherokee that was scanned to have multiple communication issues with the other modules on the vehicle and staying in Limp Mode. Vehicle had been to one independent shop and two Dodge dealerships with none of those correcting the problem. The cloned unit was absolutely a plug-n-play fix for the communication issues, the vehicle did have a couple other problems but the factory PCM was so bad that it was not possible to know where to start to find and correct those. Installing the cloned PCM restored the PCM to modules communication... the TCC control solenoid was found to be open and wiring to the Electronic park brake module damaged.... these issues were not identifiable until the cloned PCM was installed. Vehicle started and drove with no serious issues ...only had to relearn steering angle , but a lock to lock steering wheel turn and a short drive corrected that minor issue. Just this past week had Erik clone a different PCM for my wife's 2014 Impala... it had lost some of the Body module functions and was suffering with serious fuel mileage loss, a cloned PCM restored both the Body module functions and fuel mileage is currently trending back to expected levels after a few short drives. Absolutely plug-n-play , Thanks Mr Erik and Spartan Autoworx , would recommend his service to anyone having PCM or other module issues. ...

I have been dealing with Spartan Autoworx for a short time and these guys know everything about GM Trucks. I had issues with the HVAC System since I purchased my Yukon XL four years ago which shop after shop could not fix. Spartan is way out of my way but I figured I would try them out in a last ditch effort before a long trip to FL. I was in and out in 5 Minutes with the correct part that I installed in the parking lot and finally had working Rear COLD AC for the first time ever. I had a PCM fail and was able to call up and talked to eric who was able to flash a replacement PCM and mail it to me which I was able to install flawlessly. I also purchased a Electric Fan Upgrade that eric sells for the older trucks and it made a night and day difference on my Yukon. Anytime I need something with an easy phone call up to Spartan I can purchase parts and they quickly mail out the parts im needing. I just purchased some LSA parts for the blower swap im about to do from them and the parts arrived the very next day. I highly recommend anyone needing parts call Spartan. They have the best customer service of any shop I have...
