Roundtop Snow Tubing — Local services in Warrington Township

Easy to find with gps but probably not good for any car bad with steep hills

Unless it's wet or cold having two layers on will probably be fine. I survived without snow pants but you should bring boots or shoes that you don't mind getting dirty because it was muddy.

Price was fair for what we got (2 hours)

The ticket booth staff was friendly and helped us resolve an issue upon arrival

Absolute chaos using the tube lift to get to the top, and more chaos at the top. Signs need to be posted at the bottom and possibly other places to tell people how to use the lift. Staff on the lift either stood by and did nothing or yelled at everyone over the speakers to not walk on the side. The tubes are supposed to sit on the conveyor and be pulled by the rider, but what about for multiple kids? Now as an adult you're pulling two tubes up the lift, which doesn't work and is also very dangerous.

Why not have a system in place for staff to rotate tubes to the top instead of making customers labor on their vacation? Or fix the communication with visitors, because on our visit it left much to be desired.

At the top of the hill, more chaos for anyone who isn't a regular at this place. The far left lanes are for double riders, but nobody told us that or announced any rules until an hour into our visit.

The worst experience ever we already had. my daughter has Autism they need to figure out things out. before somebody reports you all and get in trouble with ada. You all really need to figure out things to meet ada compliance for special needs. It was the first time ever I felt unwanted and even left earlier then we expected to after an hour being there we left. All the staff was great but this one. He might of been doing he's job and bad communication but really need Educat staff on special needs . But here's what happened we were told she could walk up the side as long as we are holding hands then got to the top and he told us she can't do that she has to be on the belt ok fine I told him she had autism and needs to this. She needs to be on the belt so next time I put her in the snow tube and could do that . Then I got her to get on the belt a adult was walking up the ramp in front of use all the way to the top not one word was said to him then seen another little girl walk up and something was to her .
