Franklin Sewing Machine Repair — Local services in Warsaw

My mother and I dropped off her sewing machine. They called and said it was ready. When we called to find out when to pick up, they said they couldn't find it and that we probably didn't drop it off. We had the pick up ticket. When I got the shop, I walked to the shelf and picked up the machine, showed the ticket to the owners wife and have her the credit card to pay. She refused to run the card, ranting about how hard it was to keep track of all the machines and me being rude. She called the police and said she had a rude customer and handed me the phone. I wrote a check, took my card and left the shop with the sewing machine with the wife on my heals yelling into the phone and at me at the same time telling me she was taking my license plate number. This shop is wonderful. My Sewing machine was in need of repair. I found Franklin's and took it in. I wasn't sure it could be fixed due to its age and getting parts.
