I live nearby and love popping down to the arcade with my kids (or without them - even better!). But last summer I saw something really magical happen here. A friend's mom who is wheelchair bound had driven nearly 2 hrs with her family to visit since her husband loves vintage pinball. A group of young men lifted her up the small step into the arcade but when it was time to leave, they were not there. Her daughter asked the owner if he had a ramp, which he didn't. We figured we would just have to all carefully lift her out, but the owner had a different plan in mind. He went into his workshop, unbeknownst to us, and quickly fashioned two small wooden ramps to fit against the lip of the door, perfectly positioned to let my friend's mom leave the arcade with ease and dignity. Read moreThis place is really cool! It's open on the weekends only, surrounded by nature, kid friendly, and the vintage games work. Oh and lots of parking. This place is located in St Peters Village, Berks County, PA. It's a small no frills vintage arcade. The games are well maintained, clean and lots of fun! Moreover, 25 cents a game is a bonus. My kids and I visited this place frequently and when we played out all the quarters we would bring, we would then spend the rest of the day walking around the trails jumping on and off rocks that make up a trail along the stream that runs parallel with the village.
