Huli-Huli Island Pig Roasts — Local services in Warwick

We hired Tony/The Oinkmaster to provide the roast pig for our annual Summer Celebration of ~150 guests, which was due to kick off at 5:00 pm that evening. He arrived early in the morning to set up outside, start the fire and prep the pigs (two small ones).

As the day went on, the weather was looking dicey. We had another restaurant on the way to provide side dishes and bar service outside, and another company who'd delivered tables and chairs. As we tried to make decisions on the fly about how to manage the crowd if it rained, Tony leaped into action to help us wherever he could, including setting up a tent my boss brought from home.

We ended up moving the party inside, and Tony pivoted like he'd done this a thousand times. He helped us wherever he could, and I'm so grateful! (Thankfully we only had a short period of light rain, but Tony's own outdoor setup was ready for anything.)

The pig was spectacular -- so delicious!! After everyone had their fill, Tony packaged up leftovers for our guests so they could enjoy it for days to come.

Huli Huli catered an event of 150+ people last weekend and it was a true success. Tony, thank you for all of your coordination and hard work to make our kickoff welcome party such a memorable time. Our family and friends considered it such a treat to indulge in some of our favorite Filipino staples - and you truly did the flavors justice. Were do i start. Tony is absolutely amazing at what he does. I was so impressed with how fresh everything was and how he made everything on site. He was so kind and had a great personality. Everyone at my party was in awe with how great the food tasted. He worked very hard all day and it showed with his delicious food.
