Wasco True Value — Local services in Wasco

My dad who has been a respected citizen in Wasco and valued for his humble work was treated very poorly at this store today. After attempting to return an item OR requesting to speak to a manager the employee told him "what am I supposed to do with it, eat it?" This is extremely rude and disrespectful. My father has always treated others with respect. I expect the same for him. The employee was a white male in his mid or late 30s. He refused to provide the managers name or contact information. Support this establishment. The only hardware store in Wasco. Without local support it will go away. Unfortunately there's a Walmart across the street. True value is much more convenient and there are employees to help and advise if needed. The store is very organized and well stocked....
