Apple Wagon Antique Mall — Local services in Washington Township

We visited from New Orleans in late July. Hours on Google maps and on the front door said they opened at 10 AM on Thursday, so we stopped by, hoping to do some antique shopping. We tried at 10AM on Thursday, and no-one was there. Came back at 11AM and tried again. Still closed. Please change your listed hours if they've changed, or post an update of closure on the door and/or Google maps, so visitors to the area are aware. Thank you.

Addendum: The owner states in their reply to me that the note on the door said, "Thursday by appointment". That is a disingenuous response. They may have changed it after our visit, but that was not on the door at the time of our visit. My husband took a photo of the hours on the door at the time of our visit. The sign on the door at that time stated: Thursday open at 10 am. You were condescending and rude in your response to me when you snarkily responded: "So much for southern hospitality", when the only thing I requested is for you to update your hours so other travelers were not...

This place used to be fabulous! However, over the years it looks like a hoarders house. They have too much stuff unorganized all over the place both inside and outside. Back when I used to come here the place inside was super organized and was fairly cleaned. It also smelled strongly of cat urine which made it very unpleasant to stay for too long. It's unfortunate that this place is being neglected by the staff and owners. You can tell the second you hit the driveway. It was a struggle walking through everything and not hitting it with a body part or kicking something on the ground. I also like doing my browsing in peace but I had the lady at the counter running around just to find us to ask us if we were ok. She found me 3 to 4 times during our search. I was probably in that building for no more than 20 minutes. It just wasn't the experience I was used...

I went in, on Saturday may 6th with my boyfriend and in the end my total was 90ish dollars, me being 17 and wanting a beautiful necklace, said I couldn’t afford to get it. The owner refused to have me come back in a week before my prom and lowered the price for me. I’m the end I left the store feeling loved and blessed. I wish nothing but the best for this place.
