Mia was fantastic, my first time getting a beard trim and I felt comfortable and enjoyed the end result. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommend. Sadly I will not be back for the issues I encountered with the front desk.

Front desk was terrible. My experience may not be everyone's, the countless good reviews show this may be a random occurrence. My second appointment I didn't receive any kind of verification message, nor do the appointments made in the salon link to the online account you can make. When I made my second appointment after I was told the time I had to ask for a pen to write it down, which felt strange. Shouldn't the front desk person write it down on a business card or something? Well the date and time written down based on what I was told were not my appointment date or even the right time window. When I arrived I called since I got no text and was told "oh no it's next week". being a new customer and how this all unfolded I've decided to try my luck elsewhere. I love coming here! The salon is decorated nicely with modern/contemporary decor and pictures. It is always kept so clean. Peggy is their 5 star receptionist. She is very welcoming, sweet and has a bubbly personality. The entire staff is upbeat and friendly. They have 7 experienced hair stylists and Mia is also a licensed barber. They all do a great job with color, cuts and styling so you can’t go wrong with any of them. They offer manicures and pedicure services here and Skyla is the one that does those and she does a great job and they have a nice selection of OPI colors to choose from. They also offer waxing services. Ivy is the one that’s been doing mine for many years and she is amazing! I’m always so happy with the results afterwards. They carry Deva Curl hair products, Paul Mitchell and sell other brands as well. This Salon is amazing!! I love the atmosphere! Everyone is always laughing and having fun. It's a very clean, cute and an upbeat place. It has been tough when it comes to getting your hair done during COVID but everyone who works in the salon have been very conscious and they are avid about following protocol.
