I placed an order for a few items. Some egg trays for a cabinet incubator were part of this order. I received my order with everything except I noticed the egg trays were the not the correct size. They were supposed to hold 30 eggs these only held twenty. I called the office and the lady that answered the phone I can’t remember her name was extremely helpful. She verified I had received the incorrect trays and promptly shipped me the correct ones no questions asked. This is fantastic service and I will definitely continue to order from them going forward. How does this not pop up on a Google search!! So close for the east side beekeepers. Someone mentioned this place on FB so we knocked a bunch of travel time off coming up here instead of going to the west side. The owner is very helpful and gracious. We were able to get everything we needed on sight. Whole hive and suits. There's other hive essentials in stock. Call to check first. We were happy to find this hidden gem.
