I can say from personal experience. The atmosphere was beautiful. People were nice. Service was TERRIBLE! I went in to get a bootiner for my daughter's date for prom. I explained what i would like... There was no white roses left. (ok) Instead the older lady came out with 2 bud flowers wrapped up with the ribbons i had picked out. They looked a Total Mess!!! I explained i didnt like what she had made.. She said she could try something else.. I said great please do. And could she please add more buds or try another rose she may have. We ended up sending this lady in the back where she designs her projects a total of 4 times. All of which i was UNHAPPY! The 3rd time she dropped the bootiner on the floor and her hands was flithy to even work with the white flowers i wanted. Bad experience! Thanks to Joys flower shop.. They put a smile on my face after the disaster i experienced at DeHoffs. My suggestion to the public... Just buy their plants as is.... Because when it comes making memories That is not their field. This was a bad experience from the start. We inquired about having river rock delivered and it was set it up. We asked that they deliver on a certain day but evidently that info didn't make it to the driver who showed up a couple of hours later, with no one home, even though we made arrangements for a few days later, and dropped the load in our driveway? It was supposed to be dropped out back by our gate as arranged, but that info too did not make it to the driver. We called after we got home to find all of this out and got zero help. They asked if WE could move this where we wanted to instead of them fixing their mistake which was about 50 yards from where it should have been. To top it off, their idea of what a "yard" equals is nowhere what it should. We'll be lucky if what they dropped will cover 1/4 of what it should according to the standard and they're not willing to make it...
