I placed an order July 27 from vendor that prints on slate ,when it was done she forgot it and would leave it at counter ,I understood , after 7 wks of this and her never answering my tx I drove way out AGAIN. i ASK OWNER OF MKT if she had the slate at counter she said no, I ask If girl was going to be there,she said she was here when we opened half hour ago, maybe she left, I ask can you call her (she wasnt answering me) she said shes not answering but never tried then she said she was buzy doing something. REALLY. As an OWNER of mkt she should be helping with an ongoing problem with her VENDOR to TAKE CARE OF A REPEAT CUSTOMER . maybe there should be RULES for vendors if they want to own a booth they have to take care of their customer and NOT give them the run around,,the girl must not be too smart to not want to get $$ I only wanted 5 and ended up taking 12 I didnt want to stick her with a special order , another vendor said she was OUT SMOKING I ask owner if she could go get her or call her , she said she was busy, As for the good reviews for this place they MUST BE FRIENDS they ask to make review because the bad reviews are TRUE, I dont know how many YRS shes owned MKT but she hasnt figured out how to TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER , then at least tx me back and say she's not making the order and it isnt worth 1 star but had to

THIS IS RESPONSE TO OWNER: 1 thing your right about is readers will come to their own conclusion , and AGREE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WAY VENDORS REACT TO CUSTOMERS if you dont want to get a bad review , YOU knew she was out smoking and didnt go get her or at least tell me she wasnt going to fill my order , it was off- center and I simply ask her to center it up .And also as a BUSINESS OWNER someone is suppose to answer your phone during OPEN hrs , yet you respond saying quit calling both of your phones with different numbers , but then you finally answered, SAYING SHE WASNT THERE , yet you said I wasnt reliable in picking up orders ,when neither of you are reliable HA IVE BEEN TRYIG 7 WKS you need to be proffessional if your going to own a business , answer your phone and relay a msg that the vendor ISNT RELIABLE and wont be...

Very disappointed.So, I came to Finders Keepers Country Market from seeing it on New Day Cleveland, unfortunately it looked the complete opposite of what it was shown to be on the show. It was raining the day I came (no big deal we are in Ohio after all) but what I didn’t expect that it was “raining” on the inside, you joked “showers are $5”. After looking around I found a lot of items for sale were water logged, I can’t believe these people find it funny that they will not be able to sell items that are ruined. This little gem is definitely a destination spot. There really is something for just about everyone. Toys, books, craft items, tools, antiques….and the list goes on and on.
