Let me start by saying she’s so nice, she’s so knowledgeable, she actually cares about what products and ingredients she uses on your skin (not just whatever random products are on sale), and she makes sure you’re comfortable and that you understand everything that she’s doing. She’s also great to talk to which is a nice distraction when you’re getting a wax, especially a Brazilian lol. Not only did Jess do a PERFECT job with my waxes, but the products she used were perfect for my skin. I’ve been getting waxed for years and every single time I’ve always gotten at least one whitehead around my brows and lip. I didn’t get a single one this time! I went to see Jess at Aglow the end of Feb before vacation to try eyebrow tinting. I followed her work for a while before doing so. I saw great results based on her online posts and decided to try it for myself. I couldn't have been happier! Looks are deceiving with this place. The outside doesn't look like much but the inside is structured and designed well, very clean and professional.
