!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! They will come to your house one-time. Spend 15 minutes diagnosing the problem without taking the washing machine apart and tell you a repair cost that is almost as much as a new washing machine. So when you say "No Thank You", you are out of a $110 diagnostic fee. Scam stay far away!! I called and asked how did the tech determine that I needed four suspension rods without opening the machine? I was told, "That's what he does!" When I said I was completely unsatisfied with this service visit. I already had a idea the suspension rods on my 2 year old Samsung Washing machine might be the issue, I was looking for the company to verify the issue not come out and not even run the machine to visualize the issue, let alone take the machine apart to inspect the rods. I'm sure not all the rods are bad. By the way four suspension rods are $40 on Amazon. By the way the call ended with the lady asking me you did pay right? What a joke! No wonder they were on time!

Follow Up: Business owner called me shortly after leaving my review and wanted to talk to me about the review I left. I was offered a full refund for my bad experience if I changed my review but I told him, "that if he wanted to refund me, I would appreciate it; but I would let the public know what we talked about with the expectation of nothing."
The owner explained the $530 repair cost. $110 diagnostic fee would be subtracted coming to $420 in parts and labor. I was told that they only buy OEM parts which they do mark up and it would cost $80 a rod. The cost of a set (4 Rods) on Amazon is $60. I was told that Samsung recommends replacing all four rods at the same time. I was also told that if they did the repair they would warranty their work for a year. After spending some time with the owner I explained part of the issue was that while the technician used his pervious experience when repairing these machines he should have used the tried and true troubleshooting method of: Identify the problem (Ran the machine and try to reproduce the issue) Isolate the problem (Take the machine apart and verify the rods are at fault) Fix the problem (Replace the rods, if I said fix the issue) Verify the problem is resolved (Run the washing machine and verify the issue is resolved)
Lastly I told the owner that his tech's communication skills and the optics of coming to someone's house and diagnosing an issue without doing some real work and hitting them with a $530 fee with a high Diagnostic fee of $110 regardless of work being done doesn't look right (Scammy). I will let you...
Read moreDo not consider calling anyone else! Sandy in the office arranged for a technician to come the next day, and I received a call later the same day to narrow down the appointment time frame, and again from Les when he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous. The main problem was that my old washing machine had stopped mid spin cycle. Les quickly determined that this was a simply-remedied electrical problem probably related to ice/snow outside and leak in the wall. However, the machine also had a problem with hot water only trickling in at the start of a new cycle. I had had another appliance/plumbing company look at this and a couple other problems in my 1875 house. I had been charged over a thousand dollars, and in the end, none of the problems was any better. Les disconnected the hot water intake hose, and immediately saw that the problem was a small defective valve, simple removal of which fixed the long-standing problem. I had been boiling water on the stove when I really needed a warm water wash. Unbelievable that this had been over-looked! Also, when Les ran the machine, water left over from when it had broken down gushed out the drain hose, but also squirted out a split in the hose. I asked Les about replacing it, but he said it would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Instead, he was able to wrap it with duct tape so that we could use the machine. A real blessing with a baby in the house and ice/snow outside. It is so wonderful to know that there is a reliable, ethical, competent, professional appliance repair company in the area which I can call when need be. Thank you Mr....
Read moreWe had a bad experience with a Maytag washer repair. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem as being some part he didn't have. Ordered the part, waited several days. He came back and was unable to remove the agitator to install the part. Had to order a new agitator, which took several more days to arrive. Came back, cut out the old agitator, installed the parts and new agitator, left. All told, we were without a washer for nearly two weeks.
About a week later, the same exact problem recurred! Loud noise, washer won't spin effectively. Called again, same tech came out a few days later.
Tech: "Your belt's worn out."
Me: "Okay.... was it worn out when you were here before?"
Tech: "They just wear out eventually. With use, you know. It was worn to bits."
Me: "Okay, help me understand. The machine is doing the exact same thing it was doing before you came here and 'fixed' it two weeks ago. So help me understand. Do you think the belt was worn out and was causing the problem originally, when you fixed something else? Or are you saying the belt coincidentally happened to wear out in the past week?"
Tech: "Oh I couldn't say. You can't predict when they're gonna wear out. They just wear out, you know. It was real worn."
Argh! Paid another ~$250 to have the belt fixed.
Now, a week later....still making a loud noise.
We will not be...
