Unfortunately, I should have listened to the other negative reviews. I too received a haircut I didn’t ask for and poor communication. I am in the process of growing my hair and simply wanted a cleanup around the ears. I even showed her a picture of my end goal. However, she proceeded to cut way too much off the sides. In addition to this the quality of the cut was poor even though the style is okay (but still not what I asked for) The fading on one side is totally off from the other side and there is still a piece of long hair that wasn’t cut off properly. She also overuses scissors when a clipper would serve a bit better. All the scissor work on a fade then left many pieces of long hair where it should be the short part of the fade. I am still finding spots where there is a random piece of long hair amongst short hairs. I also received a beard trim which was not too bad, even though the communication on what she was going to do with it was poor. Overall the cut looks okay, but the quality and the communication weren’t great. The beard trim was the best part in my opinion. She is very nice, but you should not go here if you know what you want as she will simply do what she wants with your hair. I’ve received $20 cuts that were much better.
