Weaver's Amish House of Furniture — Local services in Washington Township

Weaver's Amish House of Furniture sells fine quality furniture in a variety of wood types & stains. They carry a selection of furniture in their store, but you can also custom order any piece or pieces of furniture. My partner & I were shopping for a small table & chairs. They had a 42 inch oak pedestal table which was beautiful. My partner chose the high back chairs with the lumbar support, also solid oak. We ordered fabric cushions to put on the chairs to protect them. My partner & I are both handicapped. My partner was able to go in, but I was not, as I am wheelchair bound. The owners were absolutely amazing though. They brought me a bottle of water, & books of furniture & fabric samples, so that I could be involved in choosing the furniture, as I had to sit in the car. They took pictures of the table my partner picked out & showed them to me for my opinion. They also brought one of the actual chairs out to the car, so I could see it. They will be delivering our table & chairs on Monday. We will be going back to pick out some nightstands & a dresser. The furniture they sell is lifetime furniture, so as you might expect, you will definitely pay more. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Weavers as a place to purchase quality...

This family-run business is great on service, quality of product offered and followup. We have bought numerous piece of furniture from them and are delighted with our experience. When we bought a large hutch to match a previously purchased dining room table and chair set, they delivered the hutch to our house and gave generous time in helping us install the piece in its designated place. At one point we discussed cosmetic repairs to the nicks and bumps that inevitably come to wood furnishings - we had a couple on pieces we'd bought from them several years earlier - and Mr. Weaver brought in his kit of wax color sticks and touched up every spots for us on the older pieces we'd gotten from them. I had a few blemishes on top of my Baldwin Piano and Mr. Weaver tackled that and worked to blend in just the right shade of mahogany to did improve the appearance. That had nothing to do with our purchases from them, but it is indicative of the generosity of service and attitude of helpfulness that we experienced with the Weavers. We have recommended this business to others and will...

A trip into ... The Twilight Zone... So, I call ahead. I go the next day. Here I am, looking to replace my entire house full of furniture...fire insurance. My budget $20k. Dana keeps pushing catalogs in front of my face, but couldn't tell me the price of what I wanted ??????? Huh ????? Followed up with having to ask her husband when he got home. Took my number. Apparently, he never came home. No call, nothing. So..... I lost a half day, and a half tank of gas. They lost furnishing a living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, den, some accessories...that's what they lost in sales. Not a good...
