Willow Grove Farm — Local services in Washington Township

Wow! I do not have enough nice things to say about my experience with Willow Grove Farm. My fiancee and I wanted to have a clydesdale horse at our wedding. We contacted Win, the owner and set up a time to come and meet the horses. He was so lovely, kind, and knowledgable. After we went, we coordinated with his daughter, Morgan. We went a second time and picked out the beautiful boy, Remus. Win and Morgan were top notch and incredibly accommodating to all of our needs!! When it came time for the wedding, they were nothing but professional and kind. They arrived early to set up and make sure everything went according to plan. Remus was wonderful, we got to take pictures with him then had him set up at the ceremony space where he was able to greet our guests. Lets just say he was the highlight of the day! I HIGHLY recommend Willow Grove Farm. Not only are the knowledgable and professional, but its evident that they care about their horses. We can't wait to go back and visit!!!! My husband and I went yesterday for a trail ride and to discuss taking a team driving lesson. Meghan took us out for an hour trail ride, it was great. The area was beautiful with the leaves turning and the river in view. Both my husband and I are riders and had horses. These horses are truly “Gentle Giants”. Their movement is graceful, they are in excellent condition, groomed before and after riding. As previous horse owners we know what to look for and believe me, these horses are cared for. We are going back for another trail ride soon. If your looking for an incredible adventure, or just an hour spent with these beautiful horses, Willow Grove is the place to go. My niece & I did the horse riding experience for her 16th birthday yesterday and it was everything we could have wanted and more! The horses were absolutely beautiful and truly gentle giants! Our guide, Kelsea, was amazing and answered all the questions about horses I could think of along the ride. We were even able to feed the horses carrots that we brought (with permission) after the ride. We also got to see all the other horses after our ride was over. Wish we had saved some carrots for the rest of them! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Also beautiful scenery...
