My first visit to this store, Archerās Appliance in Washington Iowa, a US Cellular agent. It started out rough because the young girl that started out helping me, was not customer service oriented at all. Kendra was inexperienced and not knowledgeable about my cell phone set up requests, and continuously interrupted me, telling me all the reasons why I couldnāt get what I needed. After I tried 4 times to get through my backstory of what I needed, a young Hispanic girl in the cubicle next to us had finished up helping her client, so she jumped in and offered her knowledge and was helpful and positive. Then the Hispanic girl got off of work, and thankfully, a young gentleman named Joe came over and started diving into my requests, and went above and beyond to help me, even doing major surgery on my old destroyed phone to get it working just long enough to extract info off of it and upload into my new phone. Absolutely the best guy ever! Very knowledgeable and creative/problem solving trying different tactics to get my issues resolved! Joe was very patient, kind, respectful, customer service oriented, and I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to others! Kudos to Joeās parents for raising...

I had the worst customer service experience of my life that left me not only insulted, but without a phone today. The blonde sales associate acted like it was a pain to wait on me, she moved at a turtles pace, and never even attempted to smile. Her nails were sparkly but her personality was far from it.
