I would not even consider using another appliance repair. Great service, very professional and helpful. I have purchased appliances from them (although I'm not sure they sell appliances any longer), and I and my family have used them for repairs as well. I called on them once for an icemaker and water dispenser repair, and they gave me the tips and information I needed to repair it myself, if I would like. I bought the part from them, did the repair, and it is still good to this day. You don't get service like theirs...
