Frist, I chatted prior to purchasing and was customized a blend of tea to use for my migraines since i knew my trigger. By drinking the tea i have not had to use my migraine medicine yet and flavor is just as regular tea no nasty aftertaste. I also purchased the honey (i have used in tea, coffee and just by the spoon) and after just using a couple days (less than week) I have seen a change in craving sweets and less appetite and i guess you could say gutt health because I am now been more “regular”.
