Rose Nails — Local services in Waterford

I have been going to Rose nails since a sophomore in High School (im now 37 yrs old) and for the past 5yrs the quality of service has gone down. They try to rush you through your pedicure (i was only getting pedicures there for the past 10 yrs) and customer service was not the greatest. For a period of time their massage chairs were all broken. I havent been in 3 yrs so my daughter who now works wanted to treat me so we decide to go on a Saturday. We check the closing time and it says 7pm. We roll up and their door is open so we go in just to be told they were closed. Confused i asked did they recently change their business hours because it said they were open online the person coldly told me “today we did” NEVER in my life am i EVER going back there! Not to mention their basic pedicure went up $15. We went to Regal Nails in the Waterford Walmart and prices were the same and customer service was superb. Save your coins and...

very disappointed in the services I received I made an appointment prior. Got there on time I got the $45 "special pedicure" which they didn't use the stuff for the pedicure until after the lady completed scrubbing my feet. Then they were supposed to do gel tips which she told me they wouldn't be doing because they were closing. But yet I had a standing appointment. My feet were messed up and they already took my nails off before they told me they couldn't do it which I would have either had my nails done first or went somewhere else All and all 8painted toes later and screwed out...

I have been going here for years. They are very nice and very professional.They do a good job on your nails,toes,eyebrows etc,They have the best prices in the area! That's why the owner may be on the phone booking appointments! Walk in's are welcome but you may have to wait. "First come first served"!! When I come in I'm always prepared to stay for how ever long it takes if I did not make an appointment it's worth it!! :) If your ever in the area and need "your nails did" ( Lol ) Stop by!
