A friendly family owned and run butcher... Good quality meats and products available here.. not your bulk chainstore prices.. but you are buying quality... the variety of brats and cuts are enormous. . I lost track over thirty... I have sampled most... and have yet to come across one I did not like.. They are very much focused on pork.. Which is my favourite meat to work with.. Ask any Eastern European ... pork rules.... I drive from the Missouri side at least once a month to stock up on my Pork supplies.. and I try a few of the spices and marinades on offer.. .. if you don't make your own "secret sauce" then these marinades will make a good replacement. . My issue is with this place is... no matter how hard I try to stick to budget. I always walk away with more than planned and budgeted for... but it is worth...

Decent enough local butcher. However, twice there have been times they have let me down. I've called in two special order for special occasions well in advance of the date, and there have been issues with completing the orders. I'm unsure why when I'm spending in excess of $250 for one order, they have made mistakes. Both times I've placed the order, called back to confirm and was given a date to pick up the order, and the day of, no one knows anything about it and has to work to sort it out. This last order, they were not able to get a specific item I asked for and I didnt know this was going to be an issue until I picked it up. Twice in a row this has happened. It's a good store, clean, great selection, but I'm not please with the service and I hope it's just just bad...

This is the best place to buy meat and BBQ sauce. They make their own. Our favorite is the origional but they're all good. They're locally owned and sourced. Everyone there is always helpful and attentive. The meat is fresh and doesn't seem to have fillers/dyes/preservatives like most other places. Because of that though we use or freeze ours after 2 or 3 days. Also, it is super clean. All the workers always wear gloves and every time I'm in there at least one of them is cleaning something. My only complaint is that they run out of rotisserie chicken a lot. Probably because it's freaking delicious and word has gotten out. When people's only complaint is that they want you to take more of their money, I'd say you're doing...
