Grand Ledge Rest Area 825 — Local services in Watertown Charter Township

We stopped at Grand Ledge Rest Area 825 during our road trip to take a bathroom break and clean out the car.

The atmosphere was peaceful, with just a few cars there, so it wasn’t busy at all.

We used the bathroom and grabbed some Starbursts and a bottle of water from the vending machine. I was a bit nervous about what the bathroom would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised—it was very clean! They even had ice cream bars in the vending machines, which was a nice bonus.

If you’re on the road near Grand Ledge and need a clean bathroom or a quick snack, I’d definitely recommend stopping at Grand Ledge...

Very neat and tidy rest area. The bathrooms are very clean with ultraviolet hand driers. The handicap stalls are pretty small, you'd be hard-pressed to get a wheelchair into them. The lobby has a water fountain and vending machines for hot and cold beverages, soda, ice cream, and snacks.

The locations feels fairly rural, but there is lots of town nearby. The parking area has more than sufficient room...

Very clean Rest Area. Was Definitely Impressed with that, inside and out, it was like a whole lot of people had JUST came through, cleaned it and then sprinkled some sparkly dust All around. And the Vending machines were nicely stocked with a nice assortment of Goodies. The Entire place Was well lit and my little Brownie Boy enjoyed stretching his legs and trying to find a squirrel that would play...
