I was here 5 hours late (they knew I was coming through Chicago). As soon as I called the number they gave me a dock and started loading me as soon as I hit the dock. Plenty of room to back and move around. The engineer that desined this place needs a raise. It's set perfect for trucks most of the blind side docks are a 45 back like at TA and petro. The rest is sight side. One little area is blind side but there is enough room to turn around and get in with trucks at the doors. They let ya park on the street near the sign as they own the property. If every place ran like this the trucking world would be a better place. Make sure you stop and call other wise you won't know...

In this difficult times that the country finds itself in, this facility still proved unprofessional and uncooperative. Meanwhile truck drivers risk their lives to full fill orders across US. I had a team delivering a solo load, arrived at 2AM, appt was set for 2pm. They still didn't find it in their hearts to unload the guys earlier. Meanwhile, all day the docks were empty. Only two other trucks were waiting for their appt times which were set at 4pm. They unloaded our load at 1pm. ...

Appt at 12 tomorrow but I get here one day before my appt time . I stop and call them and they told me to go to the Dock 16R mean go straight the North gate , go under the sign above and turn left . They told me it gonna be a bit cuz I am so early but they unloaded me in 30 minutes. I ask for overnight parking, they say yes . The lady unloading me was awesomely....
