What a pleasure buying my RV from Bonner was!

Prior to contacting Bonner Sports about purchasing a camper, I had tried purchasing from Camper World in Harrisburg. I'm only mentioning their name here so that others may be warned. The additional fees that Camper World (well over $2k) they tacked on at the very end of the purchase along with their pushiness to sell me a different camper than what I originally looked at to purchase (bate and switch) made me bail out hard on Camper World.

Back to Bonner Sports... I loved working with everyone at this dealership and can't say enough great things about them! Upon first calling them and explaining my wants and don't wants, I knew then that's who I was going to buy from. Jeff was honest, upfront, never once pushy, and extremely down to earth and informative. It was a pleasure talking with him.

After deciding to buy I must have called them at least a dozen times with questions. Everytime everyone was courteous, helpful, informative and friendly to talk to. They can literally answer EVERY question you have and never acted bothered by my calls.

On the day of my purchase they went above and beyond! Happy to see me, friendly greeting, no hidden costs, exactly everything they told me was going to take place did. Casey did my walk through while another man hooked up my break controller and RV. Both gave pointers and advice for better hauling, along with the complete in's and out's of our new camper. Both were such nice people and I felt like a knew them forever. They gave me a wealth of information that other dealers wouldn't take the time to provide.

After the walk-through Casey helped me gather additional items I found in the store (that we decided we wanted) and on to the paper signing we went. Samantha had everything all ready and explained everything perfectly. No hidden fees, costs, or anything. The numbers were exactly as they should have been. She really made it a seamless process!

After, everything was completed I cashed out with the slew of discounts they gave me to be used in the store, walked out to my car and literally drove off with our new camper. It was that easy! I didn't have to lift a finger (other than sign my name on a few lines). They did everything and did it all with unparallel customer service that is hard to find nowadays.

What an enjoyable experience it was and truly a pleasure (especially after trying to deal with other dealerships). Thank you to everyone at Bonner Sports for making it such a fun experience and I look forward to seeing you all again (for check-ups) in the future!

I recently called Jeffery to inquire about pricing for the Intech Aucta Sycamore. He had it listed at the lowest price with no hidden fees. From the very first conversation, Jeffery was not only extremely helpful throughout the entire process, but also an all-around great person to work with. From the moment I picked up the phone to the moment I hung up, my experience was nothing short of fantastic.

Jeffery clearly holds his brand close to his beliefs and stands firmly behind it. He is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about every RV on his lot—and much more. Without Jeffery’s knowledge, kindness, and the time he took to help me, I wouldn’t be getting my Sycamore this weekend!

I’d also like to add that I originally called him with the intention of trying to get better pricing on a unit closer to home here in Texas. I was upfront about my goals, and even knowing I was considering a different dealership, Jeffery still took the time to answer all my questions—never once making me feel rushed or unwelcome.

Just bought our first travel trailer from Jeff at Bonner Sports and RV. Researched many brands before deciding a Sol Horizon would best fit our needs and budget. Bonner was the closest dealer to my home in Maryland. Though a four hour drive from home, Jeff and the entire Bonnet team made the experience enjoyable and a total success.
