Cedar Sense — Local services in Waubun

I recently purchased a barrel sauna from Cedar Sense, and Micheal Vail has been great to work with! I absolutely love my new sauna, and I purchased some accessories to go along with it, including a mat for in front of the sauna, a couple large insulated tumblers that hold almost a quart of liquid - perfect for staying hydrated, and a clock for inside the sauna to keep track of how long I have been in there - especially as I am getting adjusted to a sauna routine. Setri Sauna makes absolutely beautiful and very well constructed saunas, and they go the extra mile with delivery and setup and make sure everything is fine before the delivery is completed. Jerry from Setri answered all my questions and is very friendly and easy going, and he takes great pride in his products. It's a greatly appreciated personal touch that you can't get from a big box store product, and the workmanship is excellent. Back to Cedar Sense, Michael has all the accessories and bling that you would want to go along with a new sauna, and everything I have gotten is very high quality as well. I learned a few things the hard way, my Cedar Sense tumblers are great for staying hydrated in the sauna, but either keep them on the floor of the sauna or outside, as they get so hot on the bench that you can't even hold them! Oops! I've used saunas before, but never had a sauna cap. I bought several from Cedar Sense and they actually are very nice to use, very light and comfortable, and they keep my ears cool! I bought a few other products from Cedar Sense besides the sauna related things, and I have been very pleased with the quality of everything I have purchased. Amazing customer service! I ordered an item that turned out to be on back order. The vendor hadn't disclosed this the Cedar Sense so they didn't have this updated on their website when I made the order. Most companies would notify you of the delay and possibly offer you a cancelation of the order. Cedar Sense called me (instead of email) notified me of the unexpected delay, offered a full refund due to the length of the delay, and also offered to still ship the item once it became available. It wasn't an expensive item, but the customer service was impeccable. Far beyond expectations. Purchasing from a company with such high integrity is rare these days. They've defintely earned my future business and I'm happy to recommend...

Placed my first order and was wowed by the speed of shipping, the quality of the product, the phenomenal smell of the cedar wood (I purchased the "washer-shaped" rounds with the holes in the center), and the extremely personal and gracious customer service, which includes a personal thank you note from Cedar Sense owner Michael Vail. I promptly placed a second order. I have placed some of my cedar rounds in drawers with my sweaters, plan to hang others on hangers with my blazers to keep them fresh and moth-free, and even placed a few in my car so I can enjoy the invigorating smell of cedar while driving.
