Dollar General — Local services in Waurika

This store was a complete mess today so it gets 3 stars. Evidently there was only 2 employees on duty today. They both where helpful. The male cashier was extremely nice. Then I accidentally ran into a younger girl that was on duty as well. She did help me find a couple items I needed. I wasn't familiar with this store because I only shop here occasional when I'm in this area. It was extremely frustrating when I did find the area I needed only to see empty shelfs. Grrr! Sadly there was stock but it was still in boxes on the huge metal carts which in turn blocked several isles. I think that the 2 employees on duty needed extra help & possibly a supervisor. I will say the store was clean compared to other stores I've shopped in. I hope this experience was just a one time thing because in the past I've always enjoyed shopping at this particular store...

I'm not one to make many Google reviews, but something has gotta give. Every single time I go to this store the "manager" is outside on her phone smoking a cigarette and she has to be tracked down to check out. I have first hand witnessed her being rude to customers and employees (including the elderly). The aisles are always PACKED with things making it difficult to get around. The self checkout hasn't been open in MONTHS and I've frequently waited upwards of 20 mins to check out just a couple items. I have no idea how the manager still works there.
