Eagle's Club — Local services in Wausau

Worst experience ever and will not go back. When we got there we were told to sit at any table as there was only 2 tables being used. All the available tables were dirty from the previous customer. We were handed menu and had to ask for the table to be cleaned. We ordered our food and waited 40 minutes then she brought us food that belonged to a different table. She said I’m sorry 10 more minutes. We waited another 20 minutes then asked how much longer as it was now an hour since we ordered and people who came in after us had already gotten their food. She says I’m going to go back and yell at her. She came back out and went to another table to take their orders clearly she knew the group because she called some of them by their name. We again asked did you check on our food we been waiting over an hour and there was only 2 other tables with people when we got here. I’m in love with the view of the water/mountain at the Eagle’s Club, I more then anything love watching all seasonal storms at the Eagle’s Club but mostly love watching storms with tornado capabilities and lots of thunder and lightning action with hopefully get some awesome photographs. If not in the spring/summer I’ll be on the ice sometimes not as often as the fiancé but when I do go I never forget to stop in to the Eagle Club to get me a drink to warm my blood and a snack to help me along with me blood warming drink, great people running the bar and also staffing the bar friendly and inviting like stopping over at a friends for a quick drink and a hello everything you’d for in a small town ice fish/fishing and water...

Ordered a pizza the other day. I was told that I couldnt add sausage to my pepperoni pizza because no cook was in. However, i could add mushrooms to it. Wutt??? Anyway, waited 20mins, went and got my pizza and brought it home without looking at it. Got home and opened up my pizza and I was so disappointed. They cut my pizza into slices instead of squares.!! Big fan of squares here. And there was cheddar cheese in my pizza. CHEDDAR CHEESE!!! Horrendous!! They only get an extra star because the pizza is usually really good. Usually.
