Dollar General — Local services in Waveland

I was there few days ago and and the older lady who is a manager, really needs to learn how to talk to her employees. There was a young lady who just started working and she was awesome.. I was checking out at the time and she had about 3 more people in line when the older lady / manager came in from smoking to tell her she needed to go out side and open the propane holder.. So like she was trying to check everyone out why this lady was outside smoking and couldn't do it to help this young lady at all why her hands were full at the time. Its sad how others do people when all they are trying do it work .. Needs a new manager.. She should not be allowed to talk and treat...

This store is always out of what is the best selling and what is needed most. Milk etc. Never enough help. There's a guy there with blondish (think its died) hair. Seems he smokes a LOT because I drive past there often and he's typically out puffing away. Not very friendly compared to the other staff either. Kinda acts as if he's doing me a favor by being there too. Should snap a picture...
