Mississippi has some beautiful white sand beaches. Waveland beach is quiet without very many people. There are large sections of beach where you will find that you are the only person in sight. Wave action is generally light, less than one foot. Gulf coast temperature's in the summer can be brutal. Highs in the 90s with humidity levels 80 to 100% are common. If you’re looking for nice beaches with lots of amenities, relaxed, friendly and welcoming culture or a place to vacation, driving another two hours is worth it! 🏖️
The local Karen’s here stir up drama and trouble for visitors. In my opinion the town just doesn’t have a welcoming vibe. 😔
