Management is terrible. Bought a pack of cookies there got home opened them had roaches in them and hard as a rock. Had a break in bottom of package. Took them back said I had to wait to talk to manger. Left several notes. Three days later saw him at store. He said they won't take back because they were open. Then he said I don't see the package in her so that means you didn't bring them back. But I brought back to a lady 3 days ago. I said are you calling me a liar. He said you won't believe The stories people tell me just to try to get money. That's awful. So I called district manager. She got back with me and of course she stood up for her manager saying that's the way he runs the store. And she said I'll look into it I looked all the videotapes and see that if they were brought back. What a shame have to prove it first on top of almost eating the roaches. I don't know how many was in that box cuz I've never had roaches in my house now I got a couple roaches to chase. And to this date they've never done anything she said she would call back when she talked to management about it. I had the receipt and everything to show that I bought them. Just strange with little stores can do. And the store don't go at night to the store if you're handicapped. Because the manager or the workers is parks in the handicap spot cuz they're too scared to getting robbed and they want the first spot themselves. I found that several times. But I guess it's better for us to open up our wheelchairs in the middle of traffic and try to get out this proper spot. I know my little $1,000 a year or whatever I spent there for fuel and everything else is not much but I will not do business there again. If they had only kept the word and called me back and just said anything or gave me a new package cookies I would have been fine with me it's just the principle of the thing and the way they treat you is criminals first. Just just remember at this place you are guilty until you can prove that you're innocent of anything. I know the owner of first stop and I know a lot about him and he is not a man that would run a company this way so somewhere in management it is really got bad. Just saying from such a great...
Read moreI thought about going in a putting a formal complaint in to management but I don’t have confidence they would even care. I don’t often get aggravated with retail workers, I have a lot of experience in retail/customer service and I’m pretty understanding. However, this morning around 11AM I went through the drive thru just to get something to drink. I told her I wanted a Dr. Pepper. She came back and handed me a Dr. Pepper Zero along with my receipt. I told her I didn’t want that and was told they didn’t have regular Dr. Pepper. Without asking if I wanted something else, she acted put out that she had to do a refund. Then came back and gave me cash and said it took too long to refund back to the card. One, if you would have asked about the soda before you rang it up you wouldn’t have had to do a refund at all. Two, does it take too long for you or too long to refund back to the card? If she meant it took too long for her, that’s not my problem. If she meant it took too long to refund back on the card, don’t you think that would be my decision to make, not hers? There were decisions and assumptions made that should have been ran by me, the customer, before the purchase and refund was put through. If she’ll do that with something as petty as a 20oz soda, what will she do with the...
