We hired Flower Factory for my sisters wedding in April. We were told 9am would work for pick up and when we arrived they were closed and no one was answering the phones. Finally someone responded through email and informed us they would not open until 10. This was not previously communicated. When we received the flowers, the corsages were falling apart and the wrist part snapped before it even made it past my mom’s finger tips despite costuming $45-50. We received them so late because of the time misinformation that we had to start the wedding late in order to fix the flowers. The brides bouquet had numerous holes where you could see the floral foam, the handle was just plastic. There was no ribbon around it despite costing $175. The boutonnières fell apart before we even put them on the groom and groomsmen despite being $25 each. They were also super tiny. When I contacted the shop they said they would investigate and get back to me. It has been a few months and though I have continued to reach out they have not said a single thing. I had to go to hobby lobby and hot glue the florals back together 5mins before the wedding (not an exaggeration). Very disappointed. Stay away from this place unless you want to be disappointed. I wish I could give this business 0 stars, I would, but I am glad I got my money back. I am not one to provide negative reviews of small local businesses but these guys are terrible and they didn't care. I love supporting local businesses in my area, which is why I ordered flowers from them for Valentine's Day. I called days in advance to make sure they would be delivered on time. On Valentine's Day, I was told they had a lot of orders and were working on delivering my order. This was understandable since it was Valentine's Day. I asked if I could pick up my flowers since I was local. They said I couldn't since the flowers were with the delivery driver. They never delivered the flowers at all. I finally got in touch with someone after calling multiple times. However, they weren't interested in issuing a refund. I had to threaten that I would dispute this transaction with my financial institution before they agreed to issue a refund. They then lied to me that I would still receive the flowers and a refund, both of which did not happen. I am glad I got...
