Always amazes me how little salespeople value a customer, especially when they’ve got commission incentives. The original man helping us, David, kept disappearing to snatch and grab other customers, leaving us there to wait after we’d made a decision and had questions - even ruder than that, were other customers that thought their time was more important than ours!! I was floored! I got his attention outside and yelled to him that we were waiting to go. When he came back to the area, I told him how incredibly rude and disrespectful it was to just wander off and leave us there. At my request, we got a new salesperson (Chase) who focused solely on US, and we ended up buying far more than we went in for. He was very knowledgeable whereas David was NOT; Chase was attentive and had great suggestions. The cashier's in this place are very rude, we were paying with a credit card, ok the first time it was declined, the 2nd time same thing, I told her to hold on let me make a phone call she said maybe you put in the pin wrong " HOW 🤔 YOU GONNA PUT A PIN IF IT'S A CREDIT CARD I ASK, the older gray haired lady behind her said our machines never make mistakes I responded it's ok let me go get the owner of the card and she can call the bank and handle this, which the card holder was on the phone listening to the conversation the whole time. My girlfriend and I visited FFOW to purchase a dining set for our new place. The selection was endless, and we eventually found EXACTLY what we were looking for, and the price was about 60% of our anticipated cost. Not only were we able to find our dining room there, we had enough money to purchase a couple of lamps and some artwork for the living room, and still came in under budget. It's not a quick stop by any means, and if you don't have some time, I suggest returning when you do. But this is due largely in part to their extensive selection of products.
