Huey's Country Store — Local services in Waycross

Came into this establishment on the way home to Florida to get gas, I prepaid for the gas since the pumps wasn't working correctly, went back out to the pump after prepaying just to find out there was no more premium gas. I informed the store owner about the issue and he came out and took a look and confirmed that there was no more premium gas. I then proceeded to ask for a refund, he printed me out the receipt and told me that it will fall off in a few days. I waited a few days, and the charge was still there, so I disputed this charge with my bank. I also made attempts to contact the merchant only to be hung up on. The bank informed me that the merchant said the charge was legitimate and no further action is needed. Now I'm out of $50 bucks and still didn't get no gas. I will never visit this gas station...
